GES has released the staff id’s of newly trained teachers, Download the PDF below and check if you are part of the Second batch which has been released by GES.

Biometric Registration Required Documents in 2022

Appointment letter
Employment form (to be obtained from the education office)
Birth certificate
Bank account details
Biometric SSNIT ID card or number

Those who have received their staff id’s are to take the current staff list from their various heads which includes their names and staff id’s, submit to the office of the IPPD department for processing through the Director, after processing you will be given a document to attach to the documents required for the Biometric registration.

2022 GES Biometric Registration for Newly Recruited Teachers. The Ghana Education Service in collaboration with Controller and Accountant General’s Department as part of its yearly ritual, has kicked-start the 2022 biometric registration for newly recruited teachers.

GES Biometric Registration is the collection of bio-information on newly recruited teachers into the GES through the live capturing of their Fingerprints, photographs and live signatures. The main purpose of the biometric registration is to collect Biometric Information of all news members. It is also to generate thirteen (13) alphanumeric Social Security Numbers (SSNO’s) for new members with 8 Digit Social Security (SS) numbers.

The date for GES Biometric Registration scheduled to take place in this month June and July 2022.
