NEWS IN: Basic Education Certificates Examination (BECE) To Be Written In October Not November, Here Is When The 2022 BECE Registration Will Start.

2022 BECE TO BE WRITTEN IN OCTOBER NOT NOVEMBER

BRIEFING ON 2022 BECE REGISTRATION

Registration starts on 3rd May, 2022

Registration for both BECE School candidates and Private candidates have been synchronized. Thus both will run concurrently.

Registration for School candidates is supervised by Ghana Education Service whilst those of the Private is handled by authorized internet cafes.

Both School and Private candidates will answer the same questions.

Candidates name should not exceed 40 characters. (The name of the candidate together with intervening spaces should not exceed 40 characters)

Details of candidates with special assessment needs which require access arrangements should be forwarded to WAEC before 14th of June, 2022. Such requests should be accompanied with medical reports indicating the specific diagnoses and assistance required. The head of school should also write a detailed report to support.

Note: You are expected to contact the office early enough for assessment by the Special Education (SPED) coordinator.

Capturing of Continuous Assessment scores and subsequent uploading will be done in June and School Selection in July.

BECE 2022 WILL BE WRITTEN IN OCTOBER.

Please note that it is against the rules and regulations of the examination to register students who are in the first or second year in the Junior High School and those who are not bona fide students of your school.

The Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) would begin on Monday, 17th October and end on Friday 21st October 2022, in all the Registration Centers across the country for all Junior High School (JHS) final year students.

BECE 2022 will be written from 17th October to 21st October 2022.

Parents kindly take note of this and advice your children to study.

Their registration starts from 3rd May 2022.
