GES: DOING MORE GOOD THAN HARM. MESSAGE FROM SIR ERIC

I wonder how this ban will affect a teacher. I’m a teacher .I come to class, teach and leave. To protect my job and save myself from this shit of a clash with a parent,I see my students mis behave, some I see smoke weed, run to town without permission and worse of it,absent themselves from class but I’m helpless since I don’t want the GES axe to fall on me in an attempt to direct them,I pretend I don’t see. Morally, I feel bad,but my employer says I should do it that way,so who am l to disobey?. To all teachers, let us teach and leave the rest to GES and parents. No court fines, demotions or sanctions if you avoid caning these ‘golden children’ Caning them won’t add a pesewa to your salary. Let us do it the way they want it. Don’t stress yourself. A student can choose not to attend my class for a year,I won’t punish him or her just to avoid this kind of stupidity we are calling human right. Let them take their ‘Right’ and I will also keep my ‘Left’.
