PhD SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY

The National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) is happy to share 10 fully funded Scholarship slots for students of Ghana who would like to pursue 36 calendar-month PhD programmes at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria in the following doctoral degree fields;

Petroleum Engineering

Chemical Engineering

Petroleum/Energy Economics

Geosciences

Occupational Health and Safety

Microbiology

Chemistry

Plant Science and Biotechnology, and

Other related Sciences and Engineering Courses.

Interested persons must get in touch with the Secretary for Press and Information on +233249179818 by Wednesday 20″ April, 2022 and are expected to comply strictly with this requirement;

Must possess a relevant M.Sc. degree from any accredited institution in Ghana with a CGPA of 4.0 and above on a scale of 5, and a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a scale of 5 in their first degree or its equivalent degree.

The mother Union assures students that though limited in capacity it shall continue to lobby for opportunities for its members.
