Breaking, 2020 Newly Qualified Teachers Advised To Log In Into GES Recruitment Portal Confirm Their Details Now.
Information reaching our desk indicates that, due to the pressure on the system some errors or challenges on the just open portal may occur, Qualified Trained Teachers who apply for postings from Ghana Education Service advised to recheck their details.
Per our checks it proved to be true, as some trainees confirmed this, all those who have applied already are to log in into their portals and check out for their details once again if everything is intact or correct without any errors.
Due to the pressure on the system, some of the errors could be that, some of those who applied may get their Details lost and some too can get their details exchanged with other people’s details, which means you need to log in into your portal to confirm if all the details you provided are correct, or it got exchanged with a different person’s details, if you are not fortunate you will not find any details about your application which means your details got deleted and you must try and reapply again and those who had their details exchanged will have to correct their details to avoid any rejection.

First enter the web address www.gespromotions.gov.gh
Under “Apply For Posting, Click on Apply.

Before we start keep this in mind that the most important part of the form is the parts with the asterisk (*), take note and answer them well cause they are the most important part of the form.

The next interface will open the first section which is the application form of your personal details section.
Here you enter your personal details which contains your Title, first name, last name, date previous name if changed, Date of birth, nationality, marital status, email and phone number. Residential Address In Full.
From the page here you enter your personal details, that is the “certification Section”. On this interface you enter your “NTC Licensure number” and select your “NTC Result” with the option of either “Pass” or “Fail”.

Then you enter your “College Of Education Index Number”, this has to do with your index number from the college you attended, then select your “COE Result” either “Pass” or “Fail”. Afterwards, enter your “NSS Number”, and the “District of NSS Posting” and select your “Region of NSS Posting” and the “Year of Completion of NSS”
Click proceed when you are sure you entered the right information, we are at the passport picture and certificates upload part now which is the next interface shows up.
Click on “choose file” to upload the right pictures at the right place, these certificates are the NSS Certificate, College Certificate, NTC certificate And Your Passport. make sure they are scanned correctly, because it is one of the requirements.
After going through these procedures Check through your information to make sure there is not mistake then click on “Submit Application Form”.
After submitting the application you must receive a text message which contains a PIN you will use when GES Releases Postings so keep it well. Print Your Forms and keep it just incase.
