Before you sack a teacher based on students’ complaints, ask questions.
Don’t just react to “we don’t like him” or “she’s not nice.”
Ask them:

What exactly did the teacher do?
Is it that he doesn’t teach well? Or he doesn’t flatter you?

Sometimes, what students call “wickedn3$$” is simply a refusal to pamper their lazine$$.
What they call “mean” is just a teacher standing firm on discipline.

Yes, you can speak to the teacher.
Encourage him to be more approachable.
Give him feedback.
Give him a chance to adjust.

But don’t throw out value because it’s not wrapped in beauty.
Don’t replace a diamond with dust just because the diamond isn’t smiling.
