The Third-party Reference System (TPRS) Is a way of preventing fraudulent deductions from teachers salaries by either teacher unions,
insurance companies,credit unions as well as colleagues of the teachers themselves,
the Controller and Accountant General’s Department on september 11th 2014, organized a sensitization programme on third party deductions called Third Party Reference System (TPRS).
The programme brought together all the teacher unions including
Innovative Teachers, GNAT, CCT, NAGRAT, Insurance Companies, Hire Purchase Companies,
Non-Bank Institutions, Credit Unions Other labour Unions and Welfare associations took part in the programme.

NOTICES ON TPRS AND EPAYSLIP SHUTDOWN
Teachers Fund Caution Teachers On The Shutdown Of Third-party Reference System And EPAYSLIP On This Date. CAGD To Move Current Data To The Upgraded System.
We have been informed that both the TPRS and EPAYSLIP systems will be shut down from Wednesday, 10th November 2021 to Monday 15th November 2021.
This shutdown is to enable the CAGD technical team to move the current data to the upgraded system.
This may affect our processes for the few days that the system will be shutdown.
Please be informed accordingly. we will keep you posted.
